The CommandBar Converter can not be reinstalled, the setup script terminates with an error message.
Delete the Registry Key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IDBECmdBarConverter]
Subsequently delete the install folder of CommandBar Converter:
%Programfiles%\IDBE Avenius\IDBE CmdBar Converter 2016
Install the CommandBar Converter
